We suggest that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your reserved treatment time. Please understand that your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced. Please notify us if you are running late and we can make adjustments to your schedule. Missed time will not be made up. To avoid the cancellation fee of $28, we kindly request 24 hours notice to re-schedule or cancel.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates make a great gift for almost all occasions! To redeem, the certificate must be presented at check-in. Sorry that we cannot replace them if they are lost or stolen. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift certificates are good for the value of services when purchased.
Special Value Packages
All multi-session packages must be completed within 18 months.
Sorry, we cannot give cash refunds on unused portions.
